Throughout my career, I’ve gained extensive experience in hospitality management, customer relations, and team training, learning how to create systems that keep businesses running efficiently while keeping people at the heart of every decision. I’ve led diverse teams, managed large-scale events, and built community-driven initiatives designed to elevate both guest and employee experiences.

As a People Department Manager for McDonald’s, I’ve mastered the art of managing large teams, optimizing performance, and developing high-performing individuals into leaders. I take pride in creating structured, motivating environments that drive growth, consistency, and excellence across every shift and every guest interaction.

Beyond management, I’ve taken my passion for food, service, and creativity into entrepreneurship as the Co-Owner & COO of Her Hookah Haven — a luxury hookah lounge and dining experience designed to celebrate community, culture, and comfort. I specialize in crafting elevated comfort cuisine, curating guest experiences, and designing operational systems that balance creativity with business success.
